IN-RP4 Forehead Switchgear is designed for power supply of self-propelled mining vehicles, ventilator sets and drainage pumps and other electrical mining devices connected to 500 V three-phase grid with insulated neutral point of the transformer at the low-voltage side (IT network) and permanent control of insulation status (system of earthing protection cables). Equipment of electrical circuits, among others, protects against the results of short-circuits and overloads and ensures light signaling of the presence of the voltage. The switchgear has 2 strip outputs and 2 socket outputs.



Transformer Stations with On/Off Controllers INS, INSp, INSpa transformer stations are complete substations consisting of cut-off switch, power transformer, switchgear and protective equipment. All is placed in IP54 housing, fitted for easy and quick transport and installation. They are designed to power electrical machines, devices and networks with rated voltage 525 V (optionally 1050 V in INSpa version), 50 Hz, operating in IT configuration and electrical installation with the voltage of 230 V, operating in IT configuration in underground headings of mining plants. All outputs are in separate chambers and they are equipped with cut-off switches , fuses and contactors.



Transformer Stations with Programmable Logic Controllers INS transformer stations are complete substations consisting of cut-off switch, power transformer, switchgear and protective equipment. All is placed in IP54 housing, fitted for easy transport and installation. They are designed to power electrical machines, devices and electrical networks with rated voltage 3 x 525 V, 50 Hz, operating in IT configuration and electrical installation of the voltage of 3 x 230 V, operating in IT configuration in underground headings of mining plants.



Transformer Station ITNG Transformer stations ITN-G are designed to power electric devices with the voltage of 3x 500V 50 Hz with insulated neutral point and with the voltage 3x 220V with insulated neutral point. ITNG is produced in four versions marked 6/51 ÷ 6/54 with rated power 315kVA, 400kVA I 455kVA. Stations 6/051 and 6/052 are equipped with one output 500V with current up to 400A and two outputs 500V with current up to 200A whereas stations 6/053 and 6/054 are equipped with one output 500V with current up to 400A and one output 500V with current up to 300A. The outputs of the stations 6/054 are produced with engine protection ICOM P211 and remote control systems with signal-control panel. The remote control function of outputs enables the receivers to be powered without the use of additional control-power sets. Transformer stations can be applied in non-methane and methane mine headings with “a” level of explosion risk.



Connection Terminal Set Type NZK 05 Connection-terminal sets are designed to supply with electric power a self-propelled mining machines, fan powering sets, draining pumps and other electric mining equipment powered up from three-phase mine power distribution networks of 500V and with transformer’s insulated neutral point at the low voltage side (IT configuration) and continuous control of insulation.



Reactive Power Compensators Automatic reactive power compensator BSCR – 3c is designed to compensate reactive part of a current (improvement of cos φ power factor). It is designed for a group or central compensation in medium voltage networks 6kV. BSCR – 3c is also adopted to work in underground mines in exploitation fields of low explosion risk. The automatics of BSCR – 3c protects against the results of short-circuits and overloads providing state signalization of current work.
